WEDDING CO-ORDINATOR

Our newest team member who's key role is planning all our in house weddings. Her vast experience in planning weddings shows through her detail oriented nature & follow up. HEAD CHEF

Our Red Seal Chef who is the master behind the menu. Ordering, planning and scheduling our amazing team behind the swinging kitchen doors. We’re proud to have Issac on the team for over 7 years. If you need to find him, he will be in the kitchen!

SOUS CHEF

Hayden started his career at The Mill washing dishes while he was still in high school, but his ambition and love for cooking propelled him to pursue the Ontario Chef Apprenticeship Program. With years of hands-on experience and commitment to mastering his craft, he has risen to the role of Sous Chef. Hayden bring passion and creativity to our kitchen, designing many of our house-made menu items. 

GOLF SUPERINTENDENT

Andrew is our most recent Mill team member, his first season on the course will be 2025. Even though he is new to our team he is a seasoned professional - specializing in irrigation, fertilization & has a love for growing grass. Andrew has spent the last decade in the golf industry & is excited to come back to the course he played as a junior golfer.
